It was another beautiful afternoon on May 1 as the district held its annual Health and Wellness Community Day on the John Glenn JV baseball field. The special event included numerous athletic games from dodgeball to chicken knockout as well as free inflatable games donated by the Elwood Booster Club, Boyd and Harley PTAs, and SEPTA.

Four Elwood students – Zoey Coutrier and Avery Roche of James H. Boyd Intermediate School, and Raelyn Abrams and William Locke of Elwood Middle School – were recently honored with Suffolk Zone Awards.
